"Beautiful property, lobby, hallways and spacious room that was well appointed. Front desk staff were helpful in guiding us where to park, dinner plans and exploring the town. We had a very nice and simple dinner and drinks in the restaurant. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel and a visit to Rouen."

"Pour un séjour de 3 jours , dommage que le ravitaillement ne soit pas fait concernant le café, thé d'appoint dans la chambre ainsi que les gobelets salle de bains... lit en un trop souple. Pour le confort, un petit + sera appréciable, juste rajouter un miroir grossissant comme il ce fait dans d'autres hôtel . Le personnel est à l'écoute et très sympathique."

"The hotel is in the less historic part of town on the other side of the River Sienne, not very pretty and quite commercial, lots of fast food outlets and a thriving African community, some lively bars and pubs playing some great Afrobeat. The hotel looks over a huge shopping centre, however it’s also next to a large and very beautiful cathedral on the square, ask for a room on the top floor with a view of the church, spectacular as the sun was setting. The hotel is pretty basic but it is what it is, a bit tatty around the edges, could do with a few repairs, chipped and scuffed wood, lick of paint etc. But the main thing was that it was clean, the bed was big and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful and most importantly, it was cheap!"

"Great spot. Lovely clean, well maintained hotel with lovely grounds and right next to a river where you can take a long walk. Super accessible location and very quiet surroundings. Only slight downside was the breakfast which was very limited."
