"This residence has no on-site staff, no elevator (a disadvantage when you’re a senior having to lug your suitcases up three flights of stairs), and no non-registered guest control. It feels unsafe and it becomes “party central” on the weekends with young adults barely out of their teens screaming in the common areas at all hours. The amenities were either lacking or defective (no toaster, no kettle, no oven pan, a non-operational coffeemaker, a non-operational AC unit, and a non-operational...

"Convenient and comfortable location in Old Montreal and the staff was very responsive. It was a good price for the area and recently remodeled. It was nice to have the small kitchen to heat up leftovers from the fine restaurants on Rue Ste Paul!"

"It is a good location and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. However the listing photos must be of the nicest apartment as there was broken furniture, patchy paint job, and dirty areas throughout the place. The owners were also difficult and slow to communicate check-in process and address a situation of only one towel in the place for four people. With better maintenance, cleaning, supplies and communication this would have been a much better review."

"It's a great little room in the heart of everything. Nice bathroom, functional kitchen, comfy bed, lovely light - everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"The stay is really cool. The neighborhood and parking are more challenging. It was worth it to us. We loved the balcony view and kitchen amenities. The beds were comfy and great bathroom."
