"Beautiful facilities, clean and spacious but do not go here if you do NOT drive. I repeat. It’s far from everything. No buses go here or shuttles cabs are super expensive and even the bike ride out into town took us three hours and then we had to bike it back. We were so sore. Other than that, perfect. "

"It is an old 4 stars hotel... Need some renovations. Air conditioning didn't work properly, not enough soundproof, on the first night the hotel had organised a party next to the swimming pool & our room was on that side, we couldn't sleep until the music stopped at 2:30am !!! Breakfast was very complete, lots of choice, ok for the price (12€/person). Free on site big parking"

"There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled....

Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. "What a beautiful stay just off the freeway. Excellent hospitality and location. Definitely stay for breakfast as it is a family feel with traditional fresh food. We were so pleased. "There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled. We reported this to the dining room manager and I assume he had a word with her, but it was unpleasant to be dealt with in this way. We later learned that they only have an evening buffet, so there was no a la carte menu, but this could have been politely explained to us... On the good side, the pool and lounge area looked beautiful, and it was only a short walk to the beach, where we found a friendly place to eat after having been rudely kicked out of the hotel dining room. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet, and it was quite good. We only stayed for one night. I'm not sure I'd want to go back."
