Detached villa for 6 people in Miami Playa, 1000m from the beach and 600m from shops and the city center, located in a very quiet residential area. The villa has artificial grass garden and paved area, to access the garage with the car, which provides ample space for children to play and have fun, large regularly maintained swimming pool, barbecue and covered terrace with garden furniture.
The villa has a living / dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with pull-out bed and 2 bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Gegend
Die Ankunft lief super, wir durften bereits am Morgen ins Haus und alles war sauber, das Bad hatte noch ein paar Haare , aber ansonsten war alles sauber. Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist das Haus super, wir empfanden es als etwas einsam, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle da, wenn man, wie wir, mit Hund anreist, hat man dank der Mauern und des abschließbaren Tors auch die Möglichkeit, den Hund frei laufen zu lassen.
