The accommodation is located in Mont-Roig del Camp and is 400m from the fine sandy beach. Here you book a terraced end house with three bedrooms, all located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a ground-level shower and a balcony overlooking the pool. The other two bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom, which has a bath with integrated shower. All rooms are equipped with a TV, allowing you to connect your own devices. The TVs are not connected by cable or satellite. They have a freely available WLAN with appropriate bandwidth, so that several streams are possible at the same time. A fold-out baby cot is also available. The ground floor has a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a workplace with its own office chair. In addition, there is another bathroom on the ground floor, which is also equipped with a shower. Again, you have the options to connect your own end devices via HDMI or to transfer your content to the device via AirDrop. The house is located in a small residential complex with a maximum of 20 houses sharing a communal pool. Access to the house is secured by a lockable gate. The beach is only 400m away from the house. The entire surrounding area is characterised by a harmonious picture. You will not find any large hotel complexes. You can get your morning baguette at the petrol station, which is within easy walking distance. In Miami Platja (7 km) you will find restaurants, supermarkets, bars and discos, as well as in Cambrils, 7 km away. The next larger town, Salou, is 20 km away. In Salou there are spectacular amusement & water parks and everything that is fun for the young at heart. Barcelona (100 km), Valencia (230 km)

Muy bonita y muy bien equipada

La casa es muy bonita y está muy bien equipada.La cocina, aunque no muy grande, es muy práctica y el comedor muy cómodo. Comimos en familia el Domingo 8 adultos y lo cocinamos todo allí.El salón, unido al comedor, es también muy cómodo y el chaise longue maravilloso. Desde él se puede ver una pantalla de sopetecientas pulgadas colgada en la pared opuesta relajadamente. Las habitaciones no son muy espaciosas, pero tampoco son pequeñas. Suficientemente cómodas, aunque los edredones algo pequeños para las 2 camas de matrimonio. La terraza también era acogedora, pero no pudimos aprovecharla porque hacía bastante frío para usarla. La zona, en Navidad, que es cuando estuvimos allí, estaba desierta y no había dónde comer en la playa, ni allí ni cerca, a no ser que vayas a Cambrils, que está a diez minutos, pero ya no es tan tranquilo. En general, bien. Relajados y contentos con nuestra estancia allí.La ubicación

Heerlijk huis en mooie ligging

Gelegen in een rustige wijk bij Miami Platja, met een rustig strand waar de locals komen, strandtent Felix is ook fantastisch, lekker eten en niet duur. Cambrils op 10 min rijden, leuk toeristisch stadje waar je goed kunt eten voor een schappelijke prijs.Het huis heeft echt van alles, lekkere bedden goede airconditioning, en volledig uitgerust. Contact met Jürgen is ook vlot en prima, ook de gestor is goed benaderbaar
