Summary:

Spectacular view, peaceful haven, perfect place to relax with your family and have a good time in the Mont Blanc mountain side in the Laurentian. 20 minutes from Mont Tremblant.



You have access to a supervised beach 5 minutes from the cottage by car.



Need a good car with good tires in winter. It is not advisable to have 4-season tires in winter.



Access to the slopes of Mont Blanc SKI-IN/CAR-OUT style located at 10 minutes walk.

The Space:

*Please note that from 13th April to early June, adjustments will be made to the exterior of the building during the week or between campsites. The exterior cladding and color will be changed; new photos will follow the completion of construction. All work will take place during the week, and the site will be secured for weekend campsites. The cabin may be covered with Tyvek paper and forrense during this period.



The beach is located in the village, a 5-minute drive away. It is a private, supervised beach with a lifeguard.

Kids will be delighted at the *Magic Jungle* (5 min), *Santa Claus Village* (26 min), or *MBPark Zone* (5 min), a fun water attraction. For speed enthusiasts, head to *Go-Kart Emond* (7 min).



Car racing fans will want to take advantage of a visit to *Circuit Mont-Tremblant* (26 min).



Nature lovers will appreciate *Lac Ouimet* (18 min) for swimming, fishing, or kayaking, as well as the hiking and snowshoeing trails of *Sentier des cimes Laurentides* (7 min) and *Parc Éco-Laurentides* (22 min).



In winter, visit the KanaTha-Aki Centre (28 min) for an unforgettable dog sledding experience.



Ski and mountain enthusiasts will find what they're looking for at Ski Mont-Blanc (4 min) or at the Summit of Mont-Tremblant (30 min).



Also discover the charm of the pedestrian village of Mont-Tremblant (25 min), with its shops, restaurants, and family activities, or hit the slopes of the Skyline Luge (25 min).



Looking for a unique experience? Try a flight with Air Panorama (7 min), a helicopter tour with Héli-Tremblant (8 min), or experience the thrills of Tyroparc (25 min).



For a moment of relaxation, treat yourself to a break at the *Scandinave Mont-Tremblant Spa* (20 min), or a peaceful visit to the *Monastery of the Apostles of Infinite Love* (13 min). For cultural activities, the *Maison des Arts de Saint-Faustin* (5 min) welcomes you.



And for cycling, fishing, or canoe/kayak rental enthusiasts, *Vélo Mont-Tremblant* (18 min), *Pourvoirie du Lac Berval* (22 min), and *À l'abordage* (12 min) await you.

Need a good car, and good winter tires in winter.



Other Things to Note:

As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.



A security deposit of $1000 is required as a pre-authorization on a credit card for all rentals made through certain platforms.



Pets are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee of 125$+tx/dog), except during summer and winter.



To finalize the chalet reservation, we kindly ask for a copy of an official photo ID (such as a driver’s license, health card, or passport).
