"I've stayed there before. You can't beat the price and convenience. One block off the grande place and lots of great restaurants on the street down to the grande place, underground parking, breakfast. It's perfect."

"I had to extend my stay so had to move rooms ( not an issue). Both rooms were nice but a tv remote had flat batteries in the first room. The second room had what looked like large heat blisters on the surface of the desk and a worn away edge and a bulb off in the bathroom so I think the maintenance needs to be a bit better. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine. Very close to bars and restaurants. "
