Rated 2 stars by Atout France, Maison Castely is an authentic residence full of charm and character, perfect for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located in the heart of the village and close to all amenities, this house has been restored respecting Provençal tradition. Very bright thanks to its southeast exposure, it offers a spectacular sunrise over the Mediterranean and a breathtaking view of the Bay of Cannes, the Esterel Massif, and, on a clear day, even as far as Corsica! The terrace, bordered by old stone walls steeped in history, is draped in the generous shade of the vines and comes alive around an outdoor table, inviting you to savor breakfast with the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Cannes sparkling in the distance. The garden, where flowering laurels release their fragrance, invites you to suspend time, reclining on sun loungers caressed by the southern sun. The wood-fired barbecue promises wonderful evenings. This house can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for a family with four children or two couples with two children. Guest access: Everything in the village is within walking distance, with free parking, an excellent bakery, a small grocery store, three restaurants, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a library, a tourist office, and a church all less than 5 minutes away. The village is safe and primarily pedestrianized. Access to the large communal swimming pool of a private residence is included in the rental. Located 2 km from the village, the swimming pool is open in July and August from 10 am to 7 pm and is accessible to all (unsupervised swimming). In a quiet location with all the necessary comforts, the house offers 110 m² of living space and 50 m² of laundry and cellar space: - First floor: living and dining room with small equipped kitchen; separate WC. - 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 cm, convertible into two single beds of 90 cm) with a magnificent view; 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) with a view of the village; 1 small bathroom with shower and WC.

Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, Mons offers easy access to Nice or Saint-Tropez, while also allowing visitors to discover the natural treasures of the Var hinterland, such as the Siagnole and Siagne rivers, Mont Lachens, and the Verdon Gorges. The region offers numerous outdoor activities: hiking, cycling, swimming, golf at Terre Blanche, and even gliding. In Mons, one immediately feels at peace. The air is pure, the climate mild, and time seems to slow down. The village exudes an authentic atmosphere, like a setting straight out of a Marcel Pagnol novel, lulled by the scents of thyme, pine and lavender typical of Provence.
