"This property was exactly as described - a small room + bathroom in a larger house that has been subdivided to have multiple sublets. The room was clean and had all I needed for a short stay. Sherry was responsive to my requests and communicative about arrival/departure procedure. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Condo was clean but the balcony faced traffic which was not expected since pics look like it faces the water. Otherwise good location with easy access to the beach. Rental manager was nice and accommodating."
