Points of Interest are:
Mystic Hotsprings 2 min drive; 15 min walk
Paiute ATV Trail (Jamboree is in August)
Fish Lake (1 hour drive)
Bullion Falls ( 1/2 hour drive to Marysvale)
Monroe Mountain: Monroe Peak (1 hr drive) and Manning Meadow Reservoir (1 hour drive and only minutes away from Monroe Peak)
Bryce Canyon National Park (1 hour 40 min drive)
Capitol Reef National Park (1 1/2 hour drive)
Zions National Park ( 2 1/2 hour drive)
Calf Creek Falls ( 2 1/2 hour drive)

Monroe has a small grocery store called “GGs” for all your grocery needs and a gas station with small grill eatery inside both locations.

There is a great outdoor city park with kids slides and playground and a local splash pad, a famous food joint "Bullies", and Green Valley Gas station, which also serves yummy food for breakfast and lunch. The city pond is great for family fishing, just a mile up the road.

Richfield City Mountain Bike Trails, Fremont Indian State Park, Big Rock Candy Mountain, rent an ATV and ride wherever Fish Lake is 45 minutes away, Mystic Hot Springs, if it's a clear night. I know they got mixed reviews, but they have cool claw foot tubs on the hill that you can soak in and see the Milky Way. If it's not clear, don't spend the money and go to Red Hills Hot Springs. There might be a random 80's band or talented family-oriented musician at the Sevier Valley Center, or community theater at the high school. The only bar is Bar 86 in Richfield, they have decent food, pool tables, and karaoke. Jorgensen's is fun for bowling and also has an arcade. Cove View Golf Course has spectacular views and is fun to play. There are several decent restaurants including Frontier Village, Steve's Steakhouse, and Sagebrush Grill al also in Richfield 15 min away. It's a small town in rural Utah, and everything that implies.

Really Comfortable Home!
Two friends and I stayed here for a night while traveling to Monroe to visit the Hot Spring. We were really happy with all the nice amenities the home had to offer, especially the fire pit! We purchased wood from a nearby store and sat outside for a long time in the evening after our spa visit. We felt safe at the house and would definitely considering staying again if in the area!

The home was more up to date and comfortable than the pics show. The home is very cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were nice. The property has plenty of room to park a trailer and unload several UTV’s. There were fun trails and it was close to the canyon ATV trails. We went up and played in 12 in of snow and the kids had a blast. The scenery was amazing. You can drive right up to the free hot springs. You wouldn’t was to hike to them in your flip flops. Unfortunately, the local gas station is closed so we had to drive 5.5 miles to get fuel. The local grocery store is close but very small. Richfield is not too far away for other necessities. The owners were extremely nice and attentive.

Way to go Monroe
We had a sibling reunion (6 Adults) for our Aunt's Birthday. The house was as advertised- Wonderful experience, we loved the decor and the fire pit was perfect - the only issue at all is there are some weird partial steps going in and out of several rooms- we learned to navigate them and it was great- when in the area we'd love to stay there again -and we were all pleased - we highly recommend this property when in the Area!

Summer ATV Vacation
Communicating with Mystic Manor's owner has been fabulous! Mikki's quick response before our trip and during our stay was stellar! The home was comfortable and one of the biggest we have rented on VRBO. We had tons of parking for all of our kids vehicles and for our 20 foot trailer and all of our ATV's after they were unloaded. We kept the ATV's under the large carport and rode out of town each day from "Mystic Manor". We really enjoyed riding in the area and Monroe and the surrounding towns are very ATV friendly. It was miserably hot in town until we got up in the cool of the mountains. We didn't realize how deserty Monroe was and did not study our altitudes before the trip. Our teen-aged granddaughters and my 83 yr old mother especially loved the Hot Springs which were super close to the house, but we just rode the ATV'S up the streets. The pool towels were put to good use, and we washed them in a handy stack washer/dryer combo unit in the master bathroom to reuse the following day. The kitchen was well-stocked with SO many appliances. A rice cooker, a George Foreman Grill were things I never would have expected a rental to have and would have made my meal planning easier had I known. We used the waffle maker, and crock pot. Such great additions to the kitchen. Some things I found I needed in the kitchen were: A hand mixer (Mikki's mom brought us one to use- she was so kind!) Potato Masher (we used the mixer from Mikki's mom, so made do) A spatula/scraper Hot plate trivets Medium sized pots (only one provided) The dining room only has seating for 4. We brought an 8 foot folding table and additional chairs. There were only 2 washcloths provided, 1 in each bathroom, and I found myself needing dish towels and dish rags. My mom went to the dollar store and bought more. My mom also got a kick out of the dozens of "worded" signs throughout the house. It was a joyful reunion for my spread out family and any problems we had Mikki was quick to fix. She was a great hostess!

Cute little town
Upon arrival we seen police officers blocking off the main street with barricades, a bit disconcerting until we learned they were creating basketball courts for a 3 on 3 kids tournament. It was such a neat experience. Wonder home and community.

The Monroe House was comfortable, clean and well equipped for our stay. We enjoyed the quaint town and the location is perfect for day trips to many National parks, Where we enjoyed hiking and taking in the beautiful scenery. We would return to the house where we had all the amenities of home to rest, and enjoy games, relax in the cute backyard under the patio and make more happy memories.

Awesome house!
Everything was good about this house. Clean house - very comfortable. Excellent communication with owner. 4-bedrooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen table was only big enough for 4-people - but we pulled up extra chairs and made it work. The firepit was awesome as well as the covered patio table. This was a perfect fit for our family - we would HIGHLY recommend it. A++

What a Perfect Retreat for a Group of Friend
I could not have found a better options for my 6 friends and I to get away for a fun girls weekend. This place was perfect. Comfortable, clean and room for all of us to enjoy our time together. We book private soaking sessions at Mystics Hot Springs which was just a short walk away. We met a lot of neighbors along the way and everyone was so friendly and nice. Monroe is such a nice little town. Great way to get away from the busy noisy city. I would highly recommend this vacation home!
