"Bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the bathroom door would not latch, leaving us to place a nearby luggage rack against it to close completely. I imagine that housekeeping would never be aware of such a problem, so we reported it upon departing. Otherwise, this is a location convenient to downtown Charlotte, and we'd consider it on future visits."

"The room was a little bit broken down. The sofa chair was peeling at the arm rests, the bathroom caulk was stained, the gourmet was dirty upon arrival, and the shower handle was coming off. This didn’t really bother me much, the remains stuck to the toilet bowl went down after flushing a couple times and the condition of the room didn’t affect the quality of my stay as I spent most of the two days exploring charlotte. I did intentionally look for the cheapest rate possible, so the state of the room, aside from the toilet, wasn’t too surprising. The rest of the hotel was very pretty and looked well maintained. The staff at the front desk was nice, and the kitchen staff was very friendly! The breakfast was really worth it and the location of the hotel was honestly great for the purpose of my trip which was a concert at the spectrum center!"
