"We had a great experience staying at the Element by Marriott in Seattle! The hotel is fairly new, modern, and in a fantastic location. So much of downtown Seattle is within walking distance, which makes it a great place to stay if you're looking to explore the city. I was in town for a training, and I didn't get to enjoy the city as much as I would have liked. I'm already hoping to come back for a fun getaway, and I would absolutely consider staying here again! One thing I really appreciated was the on-site parking! At $30 a day, that's honestly a great deal for Seattle. Breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options. As for the staff, the front desk team was okay. They weren't particularly engaging, but it didn't negatively impact our stay. I do want to give a special shoutout to the bar staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The breakfast staff and housekeepers were also wonderful and deserve recognition for their hospitality. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Between the convenient location, reasonable parking, great breakfast, and wonderful staff in several areas of the hotel, this is definitely a place we'd love to return to. We look forward to staying here again when we have more time to enjoy Seattle!"

"Came to town for a conference, and whenever someone asked me where I was staying they always had a story about the time they stayed at the Sorrento: for a wedding, anniversary, birthday, etc. There was a bar mitzvah going on in the Fireside Room when I arrived - I didn't realize then that stories were being made, but now I certainly do! BTW, the Halloween decorations there were outstanding as well - my favorite was the floating witch hats that reminded me of the candles in Hogwarts' Great Hall. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the room was outstanding, and the facilities just oozed history. Details like actual newspapers on the front desk gave me all the feels of stepping back in time without the place feeling dated in a bad way. Just opening the elevator door each day of the week made me smile. I look forward to staying here again when my travels bring me back to this corner of the country, and to hearing more stories like Bellamy's, aka "Feathers.""
