"This is a lovely place to stay. The Cornmill is right down by the shore of the Cree estuary and Garlieston is a fabulous old village with the Harbour Inn providing good food (advisable to book, though, as our landlady kindly told us). Lovely walks, bike rides and places of historical interest in the vicinity. Katy at the Cornmill was kindness itself - her breakfasts are fantastic and if there's anything else you need, you only needed to ask. Hoping to go back, not least to take advantage of her...
