Residenza Lamandia is a private villa located within the Verde Incanto residence, just 150 meters from the sea in Capitolo, a renowned seaside village in the city of Monopoli. The villa is spread over 2 floors and has 3 private outdoor areas: entrance, garden with sun loungers and outdoor shower, and terrace (on floor 1) with sea view. The parking space is private (place G) inside the Verde Incanto residence. The structure is accessed via a private gate with a manual key. Once through the gate, a small sitting room surrounded by rich Mediterranean scrub will welcome you. As soon as you enter, the open space living area with sofa and 40'' Hisense SMART TV, kitchen complete with appliances and peninsula and large windows that give access to the garden will show itself in all its warmth. The garden is accessed via a covered veranda where at your disposal there will be a dining table and chairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is double and 1 with single beds, and a bathroom with shower. While, the 3rd bedroom can be reached on the 1st floor, via an external staircase, and is double and independent from the ground floor. It has a private bathroom with sink, bidet and toilet; the shower is outside and covered. To complete floor 1, external appliances surrounding the room with a suggestive view of the sea!.
