This is a pleasant place, ideal to appreciate freshness of the hill landscape after having admired the sunny seasides. Luxurious private pool, with sand-coloured backdrop, of 32sqm, equipped with 8 comfortable loungers and outdoor shower. It’s an ideal place for families and children. It is surrounded by quietness, a fascinating garden full of flowers and playground areas. It’s excellent for lovers and friends who can enjoy a barbecue, a wood-burning oven…the ideal for open-air evening parties.
This is the perfect place for vacation. It’s located by the sea and very near to sandy beaches, restaurants and most touristic areas. It is far from traffic and from the high temperature of the cities.

Great experience in Monopoli! The house is fantastic: clean, well furnished and peaceful. Very spacious showers, comfortable beds and pillows, fantastic outdoor area with pool and sunbeds. We had breakfast by the pool every day and it was just stunning. Daniele is a super host, accurate and polite. He gave us plenty of suggestions to explore the area and to make us feel like locals. I would come back again 100% and would recommend it to anyone.

The house and grounds are very nice. However we booked the accommodation expecting a 3 bedroom equipped house. We are a group of seniors, a couple and 2 friends who are not related and do not wish to sleep together in the same bed. On arrival, we discover that one of the 3 advertised bedrooms is not prepared and the host refuses to provide bedding for the 3rd. bedroom. He also informs us that he wants 156 euro's in cash extra. He tells us that it is in the listing and yes if you look through everything you will find it in Italian and buried very deeply. It is for the linen, cleaning and local tax. Despite several requests the linen for the other beds was not provided. There was not sufficient toilet paper, no shampoo. The kitchen had one electric plug for three appliances, don't expect to make gourmet meals here. The showers are an adventure.

Superbe maison conforme en tous points à la description. La literie est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne très bien, il y a des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Il y a un peu de moustiques le soir mais vraiment pas trop. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec les bonnes adresses suggérées par le proprietaire. Très bon accueil. Het is een prima huis op een uitstekende locatie om de omgeving van Puglia te ontdekken. Daniele, de eigenaar was gemakkelijk bereikbaar en heeft ons goede tips gegeven om de omgeving te ontdekken. Het huis was schoon, het zwembad prima en de locatie was rustig. We zouden zo weer teruggaan.

Our first visit to the area so we went into it w/no preconceptions and came away w/what is a great secret of Italy. The property was perfect for our off-season purpose. We were able to use the location for day trips to Bari/Monopoli, Matera, Lecce & Alberobello. The local market (walking distance) is more than sufficeint for all your needs. The owner, Daniele, was incredibly responsive to our initial questions on some functional questions. Even during the off-season we were able to enjoy the patio but not the pool 😕 We would highly recommend this location as a getaway, couples or family (during the season).

Beautiful new renovated holiday house. Quit location with a big garden. Daniele is very kind and very welcoming! We visited in November and the house could be heated by a pallet stove and central heating. In the direct area you can enjoy many good restaurants, a real heaven for foodlovers! Absolutely loved our stay here! You're about 15 minutes drive from the main Bari-Brindisi road, so close enough to the coast without being caught up in all the hustle and bustle of the big towns. A very comfy spot, with other homes nearby, but managing to stay secluded due to the olive groves and bay trees that surround it. Would have loved to stay for longer, and my little girl didn't want to leave.

Wir haben hier mit unseren 3 Kindern 2 sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht. Das schöne, komfortable Haus, das 2019 komplett renoviert wurde, ist liebevoll eingerichtet u. hat einen tollen Pool und einen großzügigen, überdachten Freisitz. Die Lage ist ideal für Ruhesuchende. Das Haus liegt zwar nur 15 min vom Zentrum Monopoli u Strand entfernt, dennoch fühlt man sich wie auf dem Land. Man hört den Hahn der Nachbarn und in der Entfernung einen Esel. Man ist aber keinesfalls abgeschieden. Zum Minimarket in Impalata, wo man alles Wesentliche für den täglichen Bedarf erhält, wie zB. frische Brötchen, kann man zu Fuß laufen. In der Bar nebenan gibts morgens frische Brioche. Der Vermieter Daniele wohnt im Haus nebenan u ist immer erreichbar. Er kümmert sich äußerst zuverlässig und gewissenhaft um das Ferienhaus u reinigt den Pool regelmäßig. Für größere Einkäufe bietet sich an: Supermarket Famila in Monopoli. Begeistert hat uns der Panificio/Pasticceria L'Assunta. Hier wird zu der großen Auswahl an Backwaren u Gebäck auch noch ein Buffet mit warmen Speisen (Tavola calda) angeboten. Man kann alle Gerichte vor Ort auf einer großen Terrasse essen od sich einpacken lassen - per potarte via! Ideal für den Strandaufenthalt: Bewirtschafteter Strand "Belli Fresci" mit Parkplatz u freiem Strandteil im Stadtteil Capitolo. Hier hat man die Auswahl, sich entweder Schirme u Liegen zu mieten oder sich im freien Teil kostenlos aufzuhalten. Ein Salvataggio ist anwesend.Tipp für Stadtbesichtigung: Altstadt von Monopoli u. Ausflug nach Ostuni- besonders schön bei Nacht! Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Danieles Haus äußerst angenehm und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Daniele, le contact, est sympathique et serviable. La localisation de la maison permet de profiter pleinement de cette magnifique région des Pouilles. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Danieles Haus. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Die Aussenanlagen mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Wir hatten eine sehr heiße Woche erwischt (35 °C). Trotzdem herrschte im Haus auch ohne Klimaanlage eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Lage ist optimal zwischen Stränden und Sehenswüdigkeiten. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Fußläufig finden sich ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie einige Pizzerien. Daniele ist sehr sympatisch, stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Von uns eine klare 100% Weiterempfehlung.

We stayed for a week at this stunning newly refurbished property. It is equipped with everything you would need for your holiday, including all kitchen essentials and a washing machine. Daniele, the host, was excellent and messaged me back with great speed to any queries. A car is essential for the location, which is very peaceful. There is a small supermarket within walking distance, plus a pizzeria. We are going to recommend you to all our friends and family, amd hope to return one day soon. Grazie mille

We lived in the house one week in May. We’ve been completely satisfied with all conditions. The house was clean and comfortable. There are 2 bad-rooms (there was spacious one with a huge double bed, and a small with twin beds), the sitting room with a fire-place, the bath and equipped kitchen. Also there existed washing machine. The volume of the boiler was enough to 3 people to have a shower. In front of the house, there is a lawn and a terrace behind. A spacious parking for cars also exists. Location was perfect. Quiet and cozy! There is a little supermarket in 5 minutes by foot. There was no problem to get anywhere by car: to travel around or to go for the dinner to Monopoly. So, we’ve enjoyed our staying here very much and appreciate deeply the very friendly owner Daniele! Grazie mille, Daniele! Ci vediamo!

Bonjour, Nous revenons juste de notre séjour en Italie et je dois dire que nous avons passé un agréable moment au soleil. La location était parfaite. Danièle et Valentina sont des gens charmants. Encore un grand merci à Daniele pour son aide auprès d’Alitalia et tous ses conseils. Buongiorno, ritorniamo appena dal nostro soggiorno in Italia e devo dire che abbiamo trascorso un piacevole momento al sole. La locazione era rifinita. Daniela e Valentina sono delle persone affascinanti. Ancora un grande grazie a Daniele per il suo aiuto vicino ad Alitalia e tutti i suoi consigli.

Daniele was a wonderful host. The house had everything we needed and with the practical information from Daniele about the best beaches and where to eat it was a wonderful holiday. The house is located on the hills sorroundng Monopoli ( around 10 minutes drive to Monopoli and the beaches) with a nice garden. Very peaceful soroundings. The kitchen is very well equipped and the two bedrooms are comfortable. I recomend it :)

Das geräumige Ferienhaus liegt inmitten eines sehr schön angelegten Grundstückes mit großer Sonnenterrasse. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. Der Vermieter Daniele ist sehr sympathisch und äußerst hilfsbereit.

siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. La casa è molto piacevole e situata in collina, così si gode della freschezza e rimane non troppo lontana dal mare. Il giardino grande e il barbecue la rende ancora più funzionale. La posizione è ottima perché c'è tanto da visitare nella zona a poche distanze,sia come spiagge che come paesi: Alberobello, le grotte, Ostuni...e per i più coraggiosi Matera. E' stato un piacere scoprire questa zona.

La casa è bella ed è sulle colline di Monopoli,circondata da ulivi e molta tranquillità.Pulita e dotata delle attrezzature necessarie per un soggiorno anche di lunga durata. Daniele, il proprietario, è un molto cortese e disponibile. La località è in una posizione strategica per visitare la Valle D'Itria e molte altre località della bellissima Puglia.

A l'arrivé, propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Malheureusement vite déçu car par rapport à l'annonce, la maison contient 2 chambres et non 4 pour le prix indiquer. Possibilité de chambres supplémentaire moyennant un supplément c'est indiqué en tout petit au bas de l'annonce ce qui n'est pas très honnête. La maison est bien décorée, mais les lits sont vraiment de très mauvaises qualités ainsi que les matelas et ne parlons même pas des oreilles. De plus nous avons la surprise de découvrir des chiens qui aboient de jours comme de nuit!!! Pour des vacances au calme c'est raté. La salle de bain par rapport à la photo est vraiment très petite. Le jardin n'est pas de 200m² car il n'est pas disponible vu l'état, il n'y a qu'une terrasse. Les enfants ont été très déçues. A suggérer: mettre aussi des transat à disposition, car une belle terrasse et seulement des chaises en plastiques c'est dommage. Nous avons été très déçu de cette maison mais non confirmons la sympathie et la disponibilité du propriétaire ainsi que le suivis durant la réservation.

We had rented a separate house with two bedrooms and a basement apartment opposite, which is located in the basement of a house used by the landlord. Detached house is very nice, sunny and spacious. The only problem was with the machine that did not work the second week, but I believe that her landlord will repair it soon. Basement apartment is very comfortable to use, because it is much cooler. Only, but not insignificant, defect of the basement apartment was a shower - for the hot water you have to wait a few minutes and even then it flows very little current, the landlord told us at the beginning of our stay and explained that this is due to small water pipes. The house is located no closer than 10 km from the beach. For two weeks we paid 65 EUR for electricity. The landlord was very helpful and friendly.

"Appartamento ben posizionato e pieno di ogni conforts. Villa fantastica a pochi km da Monopoli per una vacanza rilassante. Daniele ci accolto egregiamente, è un padrone di casa ineccepibile, sempre gentile, disponibile e con il sorriso sulle labbra. Una vacanza veramente unica, ci siamo riposati e rilassati, come non facevamo da tanto tempo e questo perchè la struttura è un vero gioiello. Ve lo consiglio con tutto il cuore, se volete riposarvi e godervi una vacanza da sogno dovete per forza soggiornare da Daniele!!!! Sole, mare relax e buon cibo, tutto a pochi passi, lo trovate solo qui! Non vediamo l''ora di tornare!!!"
