"Had a great stay the bedroom was clean comfortable bed had tea/coffee tray, bathroom was clean, maybe there could have been a welcome/information pack in the room however I’m sure information would be available at reception. Restaurant seemed expensive maybe a discount card for hotel residents could be introduced"

"Fabulous city centre hotel with helpful staff who were very knowledgeable when dealing with a medical issue, great restaurant food and drinks, especially the cocktails. Great sized , comfortable rooms and to top it all convenient free parking in Cabot Circus car park. We will stay again."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities such as the pool, steam room and sauna was such a nice treat to have. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was a bit costly but was great. Great stay!"

"This was a delightful venue next to the Cathedral and opposite College Green. The harbour side is within walking distance. We received a complementary bottle of sparkling wine with this booking after notifying reception. We also were given free overnight parking, Thank you. We enjoyed a top quality buffet style breakfast."

"It was a short walk to some cool bars and pubs (ie. the area around the bristol old vic), you have everything you need in the room. We've always had good experiences at leonardo hotels and this one was no different. The parking was a little hard to find - the info wasn't on hotels.com and I found it later in a message when we had already driven around for a bit. It is the Gardiner Haskins that is nearby, not an actual hotel carpark."

"Lovely room, very ‘oldy worldly’. Breakfast was lovely but timings very limited, 8.15-9.15z. Bar opening times very limited and closed early with no communication. A few tweaks and it could be excellent. Thank you."
