On the southwestern shore of Lake Garda, about 1,000 meters from the beach. On a 2 hectare area, which is characterized by spacious green areas, shady olive trees and palm trees, you can fully enjoy the mild climate even outside the high season. In the middle of this green oasis are the apartments - many of which offer a wonderful view of Lake Garda - ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. An animation team for young and old offers a varied entertainment program: painting lessons, children's disco, table tennis tournaments, live music in the evenings or boat trips to the market in Lazise. And for those who love the "Dolce Vita": tasting of typical dishes and wines of the area. Activities nearby: The old town center of the village of Moniga is nestled on a hill with a castle perched on top. The newer part of the village extends, surrounded by beautiful olive trees, down to the lake with its picturesque harbor and long pebble beaches. Moniga is also the center of Chiaretto production. An approximately ten kilometer long panoramic road leads from Moniga through the Chiaretto growing area to SalÒ. If you dare to cycle up a few hills, you will find great cycling opportunities around Moniga past vineyards, olive groves, fields and meadows. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only dogs up to shoulder height 50 cm allowed. The apartments in the basement have smaller and higher windows. The deposit must be paid by credit card
