You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: EUR 100.00
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 September - 30 June, EUR 0.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 July - 31 August, EUR 0.70 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 45.00 per accommodation, per stay (varies based on unit and length of stay)
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 11 per person, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 55.00 per pet, per week
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Air conditioning is available for an additional fee
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 19.00 per week
• Bed sheets available for a fee (or guests may bring their own)
• Towels available for a fee (or guests may bring their own)
