"An outstanding hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are incredibly cool & comfortable, the breakfast spread is magnificent, abundant in delicious fresh food forall tastes, and the staff are exceptionally helpful throughout the building. Kudos to Karla and Mireia at the reception, I wish I knew the names of the lovely staff at the breakfast restaurant, all very professional and pleasant. I could not have loved more the pool with an amazing panoromic view of the city, and the spa is great too! Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, congratulations to all the staff foe their seamless and pitch perfct work."

"The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."
