"The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom as well. However, the air conditioning did not work well (during a heat wave...) and was central (we could not control the temperature ourselves). Be careful to close the shower door completely or you end up with a lovely puddle in the bathroom ;) We opted not to get the breakfast and instead grabbed a sandwich at the nearby bakery for less than half the price. The parking garage made for easy access but was an extra 19 euros per day. Well located for a short walk to central station and easy access to public transit."

"We moved from another hotel to this hotel during the heatwave. Zandra took her time to show us the room before we made a definite decision to stay. She explained everything to us. Herself and every other staff member we met were extremely helpful and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Service in the bar and restaurant was excellent. It was great to have access to the swimming pool. Also this hotel is right in the centre of everything. Excellent overall. Highly recommend."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. We frequented the bar several times and the drinks and food were excellent. The hotel is renovating the kitchen which was under our room. The work awakened us at 7:30 each morning which was startling. I wrote to the manager who wrote a nice note of apology and gave us an afternoon treat and two drink vouchers. Is it weren't for the construction noise, the stay woukd have been excellent."

"I stayed here twice. The first time for two nights and the second time for one night. The room m, bed and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel location is very convenient just across from the arrivals and departure terminal. This makes it very convenient for you to get food and other supplies. Buffet breakfast at Otto is excellent with a very good variety of cereals, honey, pastries, lunch meat, smoked salmon, salad, fruits, soy and oat milk, tea etc. service is excellent at the restaurant. I highly recommend purchasing this breakfast and the cheapest way is to add it on when you’re reserving your hotel stay on Expedia because if you pay for it when you are checking in, it cost €27 dollars. And if you pay for it at the restaurant itself, it cost €34. In the room itself, there is a Safe, which is very nice. There is an ironing board and a coffee maker. And a hairdryer. The toiletries are very nice with good quality, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel and a very, which body lotion. Housekeeping is excellent. They will come in and make your bed empty your garbage and replace your towels and they will also give you two free bottles of springwater.. however, tap water is very safe to drink in Germany. I asked for extended checkout of one hour beyond the noon checkout, and they allowed me to have it for free. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and I would consider staying again if I returned to Dusseldorf."
