"Great stay in a beautiful and convenient location in Cortina. The hotel parking was a bit tight, but manageable. Excellent breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again."

"the hotel was well located for the hikes we were doing. parking was a little congested but they allows us to park in the retail area until secured parking become available. breakfast buffet was pretty good but the staff wasn't super friendly at breakfast. the staff at registration desk were helpful."

"Hotel is beautifully situated about 10 minutes from downtown Cortina. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the hotel and is relatively available upon request. You may experience a short wait if the shuttles are being occupied by other guests. The staff is amazing and well-informed. They are always eager to help or assist with any inquiries or task. A huge shout out to Clorinda (our appointed waitress) who waited on us from the beginning of our stay. She's so sweet, polite and would go out of her way to accommadate us. Always ready to great us with a smile and a hug. Salvatore (bar manager) was amazing too! Overall, great staff all around!"

"Room was very clean. Clean bed, bathroom, dishes, kitchen, cooking utensils etc. check in was easy. Beautiful property with a great location. Hiking trails leaving right from the property! Would stay here again! The kitchen was a plus!"

"Beautiful rooms, with views. Great choices for the included breakfast. You can walk to town for dinner on the lighted path behind the hotel. And every staff member was a gem. We highly recommend Hotel Serena!"
