"Beautiful experience with wonderful host"

"The property was as pictured. Bed sheets had not been washed and had stains and hairs. Halfway during our stay we lost power due to a thunderstorm. We waited 5 hours for it to comeback and it did not. I then contacted the owners on the app to which there was no response so I communicated with Vrbo. After communicating with Vrbo the owners contact me and mentioned they would maybe a tech would be there the next day. After I mentioned if the tech was not going to be there on the next day I would have to contact Vrbo for a refund on that day. The owner started to yell and said how would you like to be off the property within the hour? and told me what am I so desperate about I have only been with out power for 5 hours. What sounded like her husband told her to calm down and they hung up. Later the husband called me stating he was the tech and he would be there the following day and suggested some troubleshooting methods for me to try in the meantime to which I told him I had already tried and how many times should I be trying this? He said 1,000. I told him I did not feel comfortable doing this because it is not my property and he was the tech that was going to fix it. The next day he called me and told me that he was 5 hours away and that if he got there and one of his trouble shooting methods worked he would charge me 150 euros. Because of how deceitful and rude these owners were I had to take pictures of everything before leaving and sending them to Vrbo."

"Beautiful property overlooking the first green of Alenda Golf. Francisco was an excellent host and made checking in and out super easy. Villa was immaculate and contained all amenities required. Highly recommend a stay here--especially for golfers!"
