"It was nice, clean room, staff was great. Only recommendation would be to get a room mid way or farther from the desk due to you can hear the door ding in rooms closer to reception desk and if you are a light sleeper it will affect you sleep. Otherwise great experience."
Loft-Style Apt in Dtwn Monett: Pets Welcome!

"The loft was just as described. The only main thing I would caution someone on are the stairs. If you have trouble walking stairs this place will be hard for you. Other than that it was great. We had a small issue with the internet but the host came by and fixed it. Location is incredible, my family and I went for walks around downtown every night. I travel to Monett for work a few times a year and will definitely be booking the lofts again."

"Very nice clean Loft apartment with comfy beds and a well appointed kitchen. It was conveniently located near the Monett YMCA where my kids were attending a swim meet. The snacks and cold drinks were a bonus. Thank you for a lovely place to stay."
A Grand Stay in a Small Town

"We had a wonderful stay at this home and would definitely book it again the next time we're in town! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, spacious, and very well maintained.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable, and the large bathrooms were a great feature. We especially enjoyed the spacious living room, which had plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax together. Having two separate dining areas was also very convenient.The owners were friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free, and being able to park in the garage was an added bonus.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!"

"The property was beautiful. plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed on site. We easily, hosted several family get-to gathers with 20 people. Linda was easy to contact and provided accurate information. We will definitely book this property in the future."

"The entire property was clean and just as the pictures appeared! I love that there were "little extras" that were so thoughtful: black make-up removal washcloths in every bathroom, both a Keurig, with multiple coffee flavor pods available, and full coffee pot for whatever your morning preference is, and handy technology chargers at each bedside area. The communication with the owner was exceptional!!!! Plenty of emails prior to, during, and after for really clear communication. I would recommend this 100% to anyone or any family needing somewhere to stay. Awesome!"
