We could not stay here. Key code did not work and reception closed We waited and called the service number but no help. We could not get a refund also. Dirty , and very poor. And that’s all before we could see the rooms.

Galère en Bourgogne

Nous sommes arrivés en dehors des heures de réception et ce fut la galère impossible de récupérer ses clés avant 14h30 et encore, le no de code envoyé par B&B la veille était faux. Après de nombreux appel sans réponse, on a enfin put avoir un nouveau no de code . bref 3 heures de galère. un bon conseil; ARRIVE AUX HEURES D'OUVERTURE DE LA RECEPTION
