This beautiful home is nestled in the Waterfront Golf Course Community and is just a short drive to Westlake shopping and restaurants. Step inside to discover a cozy living space with plush seating and a television, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The well-appointed kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area. Outside, a spacious deck awaits, with a dining table, lounge chairs, and access to the gas grill for al fresco experiences.
After your fun-filled day, retreat to the main-level primary bedroom, complete with a King-sized bed, its own TV, a private bathroom, and convenient laundry facilities. The entry-level has two additional bedrooms, with a shared bathroom ensuring comfort for all guests.
On the lower level, entertainment abounds! A four-season sunroom overlooks beautiful water views on a wooded lot with a gentle slope to the water. One side of this level features a rec room, offering plenty of space for family fun, a second fridge, and a coffee area. Challenge your loved ones to one of the board games of foosball. The opposite side has a media room, complete with a bar area and a large flat-screen TV.
When the call of the lake beckons, follow the gentle path to the water's edge, where a private dock awaits. Swim, fish, or soak up the sunshine from the comfort of dock furniture. As night falls, gather around the built-in firepit for s' mores and stargazing.
House Rules for Your Stay
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
