This spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bath home (max 6 guests per Bedford County regulations) was designed with comfort and connection in mind. The open-concept kitchen features a large island that naturally becomes the heart of every gathering, while the indoor and outdoor dining areas invite you to share meals surrounded by stunning lake views.

After a day on the water, unwind in the hot tub overlooking the lake, curl up with a book in one of the cozy seating areas, or enjoy a family game night in the open living space filled with natural light.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to a spacious yard with comfortable seating and a gentle slope leading to your private dock — perfect for sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating, fishing, or picnicking. With an average water depth of 7 feet, it's ideal for boating and water fun. Two kayaks and paddleboards are included for guest use.
As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit or relax in the hot tub while taking in the panoramic views of Smith Mountain Lake's calm waters.
