"I went to Pittsburgh to spend time with my family. This apartment was perfect. It is spacious and well appointed. It's close to supermarkets and everything we needed. It's also close enough to the parkway that I could quickly get anywhere I needed to go. On top of it all, Heidi was the perfect house and made me, my family, and my dog feel right at home."

"No never got to check in was informed an hour prior to arrival that we were uunable to check into the rental. We were already almost to the place. They said there was damage from the last tenants and that we would receive our money in 15 days. Never offered to help us find another option or anything. We had to stay at a cheap hotel room the door handle broke and we had to borrow the money to stay there. Because we dont have a bunch of money to throw around we get a night out rarely and it was...
