"This is an amazing resort hotel which is a castle. Our room was pretty incredible with a sitting room and bedroom. Everyone who works there is really nice and there are many things to do including activities (for adults and kids), swimming pool, walking around, etc. And the

"Our room was really tiny. We couldn't even open our suitcase in the room! I honestly expect bigger rooms when I book a 5 star hotel. Overall everything was very clean. The room was poorly soundproofed. We could hear our neighbors having fun at night and the receptionists talking. In the lobby was a cigarette smell, so I suppose, that the staff has been smoking inside. The gym was in a terrible condition. We really liked the pool area and the
