The staff here are lovely, I was surprised that housekeeping was provided every day, having stayed at much more expensive hotels worldwide where this is no longer a reality. Artis Mare, despite being a BnB offer great in room facilities such as a reasonably priced mini bar and complimentary nespresso machine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will be back. "

"The room was very dirty and full of dust when we arrived. The lady at the reception was unnecessarily aggresive, rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions and made us feel very uneasy. She was completely unapproachable and did not welcome any questions. We stayed four nights and no cleaner turned up at all. My colleague as well was waiting for 2 days the answer about iron if they can bring it. "
