"Very good communication with hosts, who also provided dining recommendations in the area. A family member of the host is also a local tour guide, which could be beneficial for you. This unit is spacious, clean and modern with river views and balcony access from every room, including all 3 bedrooms. Climate control units in every bedroom and living room as well. "My husband & I stayed 3 nights at this apartment. Can’t beat the view from the terrace. Nice home base for all we wanted to do In Pinhão. Took an 8 hour wine tour with Douro Tours…visited wineries, view points, lunch & boat ride….really nice day & our guide Phillip was wonderful! Our favorite places in Pinhao....O'Porco store...really nice older gentleman that recommended olives & cheese via of our translator app. Pra Li Bar...best sandwiches...tried the tuna, chicken & pork...all were so tasty...

"Au début on était pas certain de l’emplacement car est sur une petite rue dans le village, mais finalement c’était parfait. On a profiter de la piscine, croisière fluviale Duoro a 30 minutes, vignobles et même Porto a 1:30, alors ce fait très bien aller retour. "

"We were very impressed by this apartment; the best that we stayed in during our three week trip to Portugal. We arrived late in the afternoon to find a spread of meats and cheese, fresh bread, and a large bowl of fruit. In the refrigerator was milk, orange juice, eggs, yogurt and a bottle of wine. "Unbelievably clean and the nicest manager ever, we think this apartment was brand new and decorated super cute. It was a windy and rainy night the second night but in our cozy place we felt snug. Close to everything we wanted to do, and their eating recommendations were spot on. We felt like family at the restaurant our first night. Would definitely stay again!"

"This is the second time we stay at this beautiful place. Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time. "We had an amazing two-night stay. Maria and the staff go above and beyond to share restaurant recommendations and insights on the region. The room was comfortable and the pool a nice treat. There are wineries within walking distance and Pinhao is a short drive away. We highly recommend staying at Casa do Santo because it provides an authentic Douro experience that can't be matched."
