Minutes away from the Moncton Museum and the Magnetic Hill Zoo as well as two major hospitals. And getting around the city is a breeze with easy access to public transit and major highways.

Please note that there are two separate units in this building. Both the units share the same building entrance, but you will each have your own private unit entrance after entering the main building. Nothing is shared beyond the building entrance.

We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, and general groundskeeping.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

This is the second floor of a duplex so there is potential for some noise from the Airbnb guests below. This could include running water, footsteps, or some talking. We have quiet hours from 10pm-7am to prevent noise at night.
