"Nous avons partagé une très joyeuse semaine au château de Moncla entre amis. Les enfants ont adoré profiter de la grande piscine mais également de l’ambiance chevaleresque du château. Les grands se sont régalés avec le terrain de tennis, ombragé une grande partie de la journée, avec la table de ping pong, la grande cuisine, le piano et la fraîcheur du château durant les fortes chaleurs. "We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this property. The kitchen has all the necessary items to prepare meals and the place is comfortably furnished. The pool is a great feature during a July heatwave. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. We were 4 adults in the area to attend Marciac Jazz Festival and Tempo Latino Festival and the property was conveniently located for doing both."

"The Chateau was very beautiful and was even more than we could wish for. The hostess Anki was very warm, helpfull and welcoming. She helped with all of our questions and we could always give her a call. The view from the pool was stunning and despite our age differences (1,5 - 80 years), all of us had an equally amazing stay. We definately would recommed Chateau Labusquiere to everyone who wants to see the south of France!"

"We absolutely loved the chateau- it was large with a lovely garden, pool and lots of nice bedrooms. The chateau was very private and close to a lovely little village and waterfall. The hosts were very quick and easy to contact. Would recommend to any large family or friend group"

"We were a group of 7 friends staying for a wedding hosted 5 mins away from the property. The home was perfect for such a big group, with lots of space for everyone. Communication with the property manager was straightforward and check-in/check-out process went smoothly. Our only suggestion would be to get some fans as there are no fans or AC and the windows do not have screens on them, so it would get very hot and you couldn't leave windows open without letting in mosquitoes. "This property was well worth the 30 hour travel time to marvel in its sophisticated charm and comfort!!! The property it self is majestic!!! Wonderful gardens!!! Elegant swimming pool!!! Very clean surroundings!! Well equipped kitchen. And delicious breakfast. The Housemade yogurt was my favorite!! We were there for a wedding at another location with 30 guests from the United States. We decided to skip a dinner with the group and had Clement, the host, cook for us!! Being a chef myself for 30+ years, what an INCREDIBLE experience!!! ALL fresh from local farms within 3 miles!!! Alfresco dinning by the pool!!! I won't give it 5 stars. I WILL, however give it ALL the stars in the universe!! A M U S T stay!!! Thank you Clement and your beautiful wife for making our experience absolutely wonderful!!!"

Absolute joy

"An absolute joy. We arrived a bit early and sat by the pool until the owners arrived. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our bedroom and the bathroom were perfect. We made use of the bath and shower. Plenty of hot water. The property is situated in beautiful quiet surroundings and we made use of the lovely swimming pool. Then to top everything off, drinks by the pool followed by a delicious supper in the restaurant that opened for us despite it being a Monday Breakfast was also very adequate. We would certainly return if travelling anywhere near that way. Thank you."
