"Lagoon Villa 44 is an amazing place to stay in the IOP. The property was clean and updated with all the amenities! It is very quiet and relaxing! "Beautiful view from our room & family room of the ocean and sunrise. Condo could use updating, one more bedroom with a bigger bed would have been nice,, and a fridge with a water filter. Overall, everything thing was good, and we had a nice visit with family for Thanksgiving."

"Isle of palms is a beautiful area, with easy access to wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. The home we stayed in was very nice, but once you start seeing roaches all over the place it definitely takes away from the beauty and relaxation. The last morning we were there, i got up to make coffee in the coffee maker that we had used multiple times and under the basket that holds the coffee was a roach egg with many baby roaches covering the inside of the coffeepot and basket.
