"Overall it was a good. The stairs are fairly steep and need to be considered if desiring to rent it. Also the parking for this unit is very difficult to get into and out of. But we did like to be able to look out and see the fireworks over the other buildings. It does need instructions for worling the dishwasher and stove vent as if you don't have those models you will have a problem with them. When we needed something we got good service from the company for the most part."

"The place was very clean and loved all the space. The thing we loved the most was the proximity to the beach. The neighborhood os also very lovely. The only thing that would have meade it perfect is if construction wasn't happening everyday right outside. Ofcourse,this is nobodies fault. Just things that must happen so not upset. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere.
