"Lovely place to stay on the edge of the National Park. We were here for 3 nights to explore the National Park. It was a lovely place to explore. Didn't use the house much to be honest, as we were out walking all day. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of cooking equipment and crockery. Shower was nice and warm. Host was lovely, approachable and welcoming. Thank you."

"The property was very well maintained, comfortable and clean. It was easy to reach, and the amenities were top of the line. The property setup makes it great for large groups, as it has three separate floors that make it easy to split by affinity. Our hosts were communicative, quick to respond, and very welcoming. Highly recommended stay!"

"Although navigating the narrow streets and roads can be a challenge, once you get to the top of the hill, the spectacular views and the modern sleek accommodations are more than worth it. Although the nearest town (Seixas) is not exactly a bustling metropolis, it is very quaint (as are the neighboring towns), and there's really excellent access by major arteries to Porto and beyond. We found a local vineyard with a great tour (and lunch) at Casa de Cuca, and enjoyed kayaking and bicycling pretty...

"Overnight stay to attend the local festival. Excellent location for this. Clean and comfortable, didnt use the sites facilities so cannot comment on these. "

"We had a wonderful time at Casa da Armada and the villa was spacious and comfortable. Our host was responsive and friendly from the time we decide to rent the villa all the way to our checkout. We loved the outdoor dining table under the grape vines. It is located in a rural setting but is only about 10 min car ride to town for groceries, restaurants and any other needs. Upon our arrival, we noticed that pool needed some cleaning. After notifying the host, a pool technician was sent the next day...

"Lovely villa in a great location. Great pool and area for the children to play, along with outdoor dining area, BBQ and wood fired oven. The washing machine broke and the property manager was quick to get it fixed. The steam room didn't work which was disappointing as there was no hot tub."
