"Roomy apartment very close to the beach. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t work well and opening the windows resulted in a lot of mosquito bites. Don’t expect to get a good nights rest here."

Our stay was comfortable but there were some leaks in the sink and shower, and the Air Conditioner leaked condensation no matter what temperature we put it at. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. So many places to grab a meal within a couple blocks, including a bakery, supermarket, public swimming pool, and for a great massage."

We purchased the multi modal transportation card and used the bus across the street as well as metro two streets east. We also enjoyed the velinsibsi bike use with stations one street north."

"We had the best stay in Valencia! We had two adult couples had plenty of space for everyone with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!"

"Property is in a great location for a stay in Valencia. Easy walk to the beach, local restaurants and cafes, and buses and trams into the city. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day. Dulce was available when we needed help and we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful city."

"We had such a lovely holiday in this beautiful quirky apartment. It is tastefully furnished with a mix of traditional pieces and more modern items. It could not be better located as most places of interest are nearby. We ate out a lot but cooked a few meals in the kitchen which is small but well equipped. "We were met at the airport by the lovely Enrique, who was the perfect host and gave us loads of information about what to see and how to get about. His apartment is very spacious with everything you might need. It has a small balcony with table and chairs - perfect for the afternoon sun. We managed to walk everywhere apart from the beach, which was a 40p tram ride. Thank you very much Enrique."

"We stayed here recently with our two kiddos (6 and 8) and the location was amazing; walking distance to so many sites within Valencia! I would recommend going to the grocery prior to bedtime because breakfast spots don't open up early (enough for us) so we were stuck the first day but other than that it was wonderful and I would stay again. Oh also, they only provide about one showers worth of shampoo and body wash, so if you need more than that pack it!"

"We spent a very relaxing week in this lovely house. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool was very clean, well maintained and so inviting in the sun.
