"Stayed there for 3 nights and was great, staff is very friendly, location is perfect and rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside is having a room with street view because it can get noisy, interior rooms are much better. Overall the hotel is great, I will stay there again next time I go to Quito."
"This was an amazing place to stay!! The history of the building was worth the stay itself, but it was clean and quiet. The managers made us feel like family!"
"Property was very beautiful! Staff ( especially Judith) was spectacular. They were very helpful in coordinating airport transfers, parking, taxis, tours, and excellent restaurant service. 10/10"
"Hotel Casa Montero is a solid choice if you want to stay in the historic center of Quito. The entry courtyard is tranquil and inviting, and the beds are quite comfortable. A particular bonus was the size and functionality of the bath/shower -- really impressive! The staff was fantastic -- very kind and helpful. Overall, I had a great time here!"

"Amazing in everything. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. No words describe how amazing this hotel is. Location, price and staff and service "
"The staff were fantastic, they helped me see tour options and arranged the taxi pick up and drop off for the airport run. They explained where things were e.g. the metro station and where my pick up point was for a tour I was going on. They were really friendly and professional, always smiling and happy to help make my stay the best. The hotel itself was also amazing, the atmosphere was really good and friendly. I’ll recommend and will stay again if I’m ever back in Quito. It’s also very close to lots of attractions. Thank you for a great stay. "
"Everything was great from start to finish. The room was well equipped, the beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were probably some of the best I've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was fabulous! Eggs made to order, fresh fruit, fruit juice, hot chocolate, coffee, bread with butter and cheese. Very good and filling. All of the staff were awesome and a special thanks to Andres (I apologize if I've misspelled his name), who gave us great tips on how to see the attractions we were interested in. "
"Large, comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Very good restaurant on site. Excellent breakfast. Located on a popular street in Quito. The staff is very attentive. Hugo, the hotel’s security guard, was especially helpful. We highly recommend and will definitely return to this hotel. "

"It was a unique property, lots of charm. It says there’s a deli there or something. They sell drinks and some chips at the front but I think that’s it. When I checked in Yale was fantastic, sweet kind, and very helpful and knowledgeable. "
