"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. Initially, they gave us a room without a sea view, that we booked and the hotel was empty. Also, provided with an only key/card. The breakfast was outside of hotel in a bar. We had no shampoo or soap in...

"Struttura nuova e dove davvero non manca nulla. Ad un passo dal mare negozi ristoranti. Ottima anche la colazione. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Tutto perfetto! "

"Accueil très "stressant", la première personne était totalement débordée à l'arrivée de 4 personnes, légèrement antipathique. Les autres personnes de l'accueil les jours suivants étaient parfaites et SOURIANTES. Le personnel du restaurant très accueillant. C'était le début de saison ça se ressentait dans les travaux autour de la chambre. Belle piscine. "

"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "

"Struttura molto bella a Maruggio, immersa nella campagna che dà pace e tranquillità sia di notte che al risveglio. Il mare si trova a 5 minuti dalla struttura e anche meno. Camere ben arredate e complete di ogni comfort e ottimamente gestite con passione da Massimo ed Alessandra , con i quali ci si intrattiene molto volentieri a scambiare 4 chiacchiere. We stayed in the suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. Peaceful and private atmosphere. A stunning beach is just 5 minutes away by car or a 17-minute walk. Highly recommended! "
