Villa Maracudja is a double villa.
The owners occupy the upper part of the property (on 3 levels) and offer the entire garden level for rent in private space.
The villa, with independent access, has been completely renovated in a contemporary style. It gives direct access to a magnificent terrace with swimming pool, as well as a summer kitchen. The land planted with various Mediterranean species is not overlooked, with a view of the mountains. The whole is fully privatized.
It is the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries with family or friends with optimum comfort, 10 minutes from the center of Menton and the beaches, ideal for hikers, 20 minutes from Monaco, 15 minutes from Ventimiglia...
Tenants have exclusive access to the garden level of the villa including:
