Appartement l'AMANDIER, a 30m² apartment rated 3-star Meublé de Tourisme, designed to accommodate up to 4 people. Nestling in the picturesque mas d'Angeline, this apartment offers magnificent sea views. The garden to be shared is located at a distance from the flat and accessible by stairs. See the photos in the advert for more details.
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
. Inside, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided. No balcony.
Access is via a set of outside stairs comprising 54 steps.
An uncovered parking space is allocated to you on the property, closed by an automatic gate with digicode.

Important - security:
A CCTV camera has been installed and only films the open car park area and the rear of the entrance gate to the property, which are located in the same area. The garden, other outdoor areas and the inside of the homes are not filmed. This system complies with legal obligations in terms of personal data protection (RGPD).

Situated in a quiet residential area at an altitude of 250 metres, nature lovers can take advantage of the Via Alpina hiking trail, linking the Rock of Monaco to La Turbie. Just 1.4 km from Monaco's Avenue Hector Otto, the location offers easy access to all the area's attractions.

Wir waren im Mai 2013 bei Ludovic in der Ferienwohnung Cactus und waren restlos begeistert. Oberhalb von Monaco, jedoch doch irgendwie mittendrin mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Hafen, das Casino und natürlich das Meer haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Dazu ein gastfreundlicher, lieber Vermieter der keine unserer Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen! DANKE!

Wunderschöne Lage

Wir (4 Personen- 1 x Französin- 3 Österreicher) hatten die 2 Wohnungen "Le Cactus" und "l´Amendier" gemietet. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und Zuvorkommend. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und haben gute matratzen. Die Lage ist einmalig ! Wir empfehlen die Adresse an alle. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

La colocation du bonheur !

Merci beaucoup à Cathy et Ludovic pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Tout au long du séjour et dès le contrat de location signé Ludovic est un "ami" proche. Nous étions 5 dans l'appartement l'amandier forcer de constater qu'il très fonctionnel et qu'avec une bonne organisation la douche n'est pas encombrée ! Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour le petit dej du matin qui surplomb la baie de Monaco et du feu d'artifice de notre fenetre. Au plaisir de revenir dans cette superbe maison.
