"Bellevue" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 60 m2 situated on the 4th floor, offering a spacious and bright interior with comfortable furnishings throughout. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms along with 1 bathroom. On the main level, the living and dining area includes a dining table and provides access to a balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The kitchen is open plan and fully integrated into the living space. The bathroom contains a bath, bidet, and WC. On the upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, a second room features 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, consisting of 2 single sleeping surfaces each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
