"Many places advertise they are dog-friendly but really just mean they allow your dogs to accompany you; the Carnegie Cottage truly welcomes your pups. Dog bowls were waiting with a little welcome treat as well as a blanket and toys for them. The patio also had a lead so they could explore the yard freely. "Overall the property was okay. While the area is still in transition and some houses on the street were in disrepair, we felt safe and were happy with the proximity to the things we wanted to do. However there were a few quirks/things that would would have made it a better experience. First, the renovations were done nicely except for the floor of the 2nd story. "The location was great and right in the center of several restaurants and shopping centers. The big room was great to fit a family making sure there was enough space for everyone. The breakfast buffet had many options and was neat and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful!"
