"This property was amazing! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The house was clean and has lots of character. The only area that maybe needed a wipe down was the refrigerator as there were lots of crumbs and sticky spots. The upstairs shower curtain also seemed like it needed to be changed. Other than that the house was spotless! We loved the pretty kitchen and spacious diningroom. We had 8 people stay the night and everyone had plenty of sleeping space. The owners of the property...

"Many places advertise they are dog-friendly but really just mean they allow your dogs to accompany you; the Carnegie Cottage truly welcomes your pups. Dog bowls were waiting with a little welcome treat as well as a blanket and toys for them. The patio also had a lead so they could explore the yard freely. "Overall the property was okay. While the area is still in transition and some houses on the street were in disrepair, we felt safe and were happy with the proximity to the things we wanted to do. "Booking was easy. They offer breakfast in the morning but unfortunately there isn't a lot of options. A few pastries and some batter for making waffles. The front desk was very nice and professional. The room was nice and clean as well. I enjoyed my stay and definitely will come again."
