"Liked: the ceiling fan in the room, brought a kettle on request, free water refill stations around the property. Didn't Like: $25 US per day parking, Resort Fees: $45 per day fee (unclear for what). Room was not as clean as it should be for what we paid, brought our own cleaning supplies. A bad smell coming from the carpeted area of the Papaku building, It appeared that a Hoover has not been run over that carpet for some time, maybe the 90's? This "could" be why."

"The place was very comfortable and the ocean view was amazing! It could have been cleaned better. Some dust and sand in places. Also the parking lot to our building was blocked off due to construction. This wasn't mentioned when we checked in."

"The property was in a perfect location with easy beach and pool access. Our condo was very clean and perfect for our stay. The view from our balcony was beautiful! Will stay there again with our next trip to Maui."

"We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were large, beautiful, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and truly went above and beyond— they even loaded and ran the dishwasher, which was a pleasant surprise! The property also had a nice pool and hot tub, great beach access, and a beautiful beach that was perfect for relaxing. The complimentary trolley was incredibly convenient, arriving about every 30 minutes and providing transportation to Whalers Village and other nearby hotels. We also appreciated the complimentary morning refreshments before 9 AM, including drinks, coffee, fresh fruit, and oatmeal, along with the free Aloha Maid fruit juices all day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the little extras that made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!"

"This was a stunning location with beautiful sunsets. There is a walking path to the sandy beach but we spent most of our time walking over the black rocks and viewing the tide pools. I stayed for my 10yr anniversary with my husband but he is already talking about going back. Front desk hours are limited but I was able to notify them of my late arrival and we had a seamless check-in with security. There was no house keeping but anything we needed was a call away. 10/10 Will go again"
