"Tache de sang sur le matelas, crasse et sable dans la douche, "drap" plein de poil, embalage alimentaire vide du precedent locataire dans les placard et une audeur infect dans le micro-ondes. Un propriétaire sympathique qui n efface pas le manque de materiel de base dans l'appartement. Point positif la vue sur le balcon est tres agreable. Ps: l'adresse sur l'annonce n est pas la bonne c est le batiment d'a coté. N essayez donc pas d y entrer. "

"Check in was not clear. We went to the boat rental company and someone was able to help. Nice people, we rented a jet-ski the other day. Apartment was clean, but out dated. Beds were not so good. Location for Roses is great. Kitchen equipment is minimal, no equipment to clean available, no towels, TV without signal but a nice terrace on the canal. Bathroom is fine, but old. Swimming pool, also out dated. Overall we had a great week in Roses, hopefully the owner will invest in some remodelling...

"We loved the place. It had everything we needed to make our stay great. Probably the best equipped kitchen I've ever experienced in a rental. Location was superb, 6 min walk to nice beach. Llanca centre was 10 min walk and has many great restaurants, cafés etc. But it's not a commercial location which we enjoyed so much. We will definitely return."
