The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. "We came into Arles and our hotel being fairly sick. The front desk operator, Charlotte, actually sat down with me and arranged a doctor appointment. The clinic required online registration and appointments. When she found that our US phone number did not fit, she substituted her own cell and then sent clinic updates to me through email. A lifesaver! Room was very nice and an added bonus was both a tub and shower. Breakfast was typical and could have used a few additional choice, but what the heck. Hotel was very clean. "
