"Comfortable and cosy cottage to stay for a long weekend. Communication with hosts was great on the lead up to the stay, location was perfect overlooking rolling fields whilst being close to the town and beaches. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed"

"Highly recommend staying here - everything was great. The rooms were mostly huge with loads of room to spread out. We had a toddler with us and the snug next to the kitchen made a great playroom where she could play safely. The kids spent hours on the trampoline and in the games room and tennis court. We had a couple of showery mornings but it just wasn't a problem, there was so much to do at the house. Most evenings were spent in the hot tub followed by sitting around around the fire pit...

"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

"A lovely spacious property with something for everyone, including the 3 dogs! Bathrooms and kitchen far better than shown in photos.Lots of lovely outdoor space with wonderful views.We had a truly great stay."
