Irreführung, leider nicht das bekommen, was gebucht war

Bei der Ankunft stellten wir schnell fest, dass uns ein anderes Hausboot zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, als wir über das Portal gebucht haben. Die Bilder im Netz stimmen nicht mit dem Boot überein. Eine Unterbringung in das gebucht war nicht möglich, da schon vergeben. Wir denken, dass hier eine ständige Überbuchung stattfindet, ob das rechtens ist, bleibt eine Frage. Uns wurde allerdings eine Rückerstattung in Höhe 100€ gezahlt, welches unsere Vorfreude auf das gebucht Boot allerdings nicht schmälerte. Es ist und bleibt eine große Unverschämtheit!

Entspannungsurlaub

Ein verlängertes Wochenende um zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu entspannen. Schön gelegenes Hausboot, mit sehr schönem Blick auf den Johann-Friso-Kanal. Wir werden wiederkommen. ;-)

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot

Wir sind uns alle einig, das Hausboot bekommt die volle Punktzahl. Lage top. Vermieter top. Hausboot top Insofern gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank.
