"The property exceeded our expectations. The villa was clean, well prepped and we did not encounter issues. The scenery was better than in the photos and the guides given to us by the host led us to some delicious meals. We spent a great deal of time sitting outside. The amenities in the house made everything easy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend."

"We had amazing stay at the Villa in the hills of Buti, Italy. It was centrally located which allowed us to visit 6 different destinations, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena and Cinque Terre! The house was cozy and quaint with comfortable beds. The view from the outside patio was breathtaking and even took a dip in the pool, a little chilly but invigorating! Marco and Guilia were very attentive to everything we needed. The Chef dinner was delicious and fun! A week we will never forget....

"The house is very spacious Just like the garden. We had to share the pool which we didn't know but that turbed out okay. The cutlery and crockery weren 't very clean maybe because the dishwasher didn't work properly. The host / property manager on the other hand was great and helpen us a lot with everything. "The house was amazing, we had the entire top floor of the house, which had large bedrooms, common area and kitchen. The entire place was very nice and was quiet, which made it easy to relax and end a nice holiday. The pool area is share with other renters in the area, but was not an issue during our stay. "Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "
