"La casa è veramente molto bella e super accessoriata, la posizione è così vicina al bosco Santo del Santuario del Beato Sante, che in realtà questo luogo dà una grande pace e quindi le vacanze in assoluto relax sono assicurate. La Sig.ra Katia ha esaudito sempre e subito le poche neccessità che abbiamo avuto. Molte grazie ancora!"

"Sehr netter Vermieter und die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön. Die Unterkunft selber ist leider in einigen Punkten nicht wie beschrieben. Wir haben nach einer FeWo/Ferienhaus mit Pool oder wie hier Schwimmteich gesucht. Der Teich auf dem Grundstück besteht aus einer schlammigen Brühe und hat nicht mal mehr ein Drittel der eigentlichen Füllhöhe. Es ist also nicht möglich ihn zu nutzen. Das in der Beschreibung angegebene TV existiert nicht . Die Gartenmöbel bestehen aus 3 etwas in die Jahre...

"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. I liked it a lot."

QUEL SÉJOUR DE RÊVE !

"Je suis sans mots tellement notre expérience fut extraordinaire. Nous étions 18, dont 7 enfants dans cette maison aussi grande et spacieuse qu’accueillante. Sérieusement, passer outre cette maison serait dommage. Tout y est. Chambres spacieuses, espace pour ne pas se tomber dessus, piscine, tennis, oliveraie et paysages de rêve.Et que dire de Nik, l’hôte qui a fait des pieds et des mains pour nous rendre ce séjour agréable. Il nous a même organisé des cours de cuisine (pasta fait main) dans un sympa resto du coin, ainsi qu’un dîner par un chef à la maison pour tous.Il connaît très bien la région de la Commune de Pesaro et Urbino et nous a refilé plein d’adresses et d’endroits à visiter.Je ne saurais vous recommender mieux que cette demeure d’exception, qui est d’un confort parfait, d’autant plus que cet ancien corps de ferme a plus de 250 ans.Bonnes vacances qui que vous soyez !"
